Brick Bodies Bootcamp was created to provide women with a transformative fitness experience that goes far beyond traditional workouts. Our mission is to help women rebuild strength, restore confidence, and reconnect with the joy of moving their bodies in a supportive, empowering environment. Through expertly structured training, personalized guidance, and a strong sense of community, we create a space where women feel motivated, encouraged, and capable of achieving more than they thought possible.

Meet The Founder
Courtney Dillard, founder of Brick Bodies Bootcamp, is a Detroit native dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with their bodies. She attended Cass Technical High School in downtown Detroit — one of the city’s most well-known and respected institutions — an experience that helped shape her discipline, resilience, and drive. Over the past five years, Courtney has led energizing, supportive fitness classes throughout the Metro Detroit area, creating spaces where women feel motivated, encouraged, and empowered to grow.
Before fully stepping into the fitness industry, Courtney spent years working in the fast-paced automotive field. Long hours, high pressure, and the constant demands of everyday life gave her firsthand insight into how difficult it can be to prioritize health while juggling work, stress, and personal responsibilities. That experience now fuels her mission: helping women reclaim their well-being, manage stress, and feel strong both physically and mentally — even with full, demanding lives.
Courtney’s passion for fitness was also shaped by her personal journey with Endometriosis, a condition she has managed for years that often brings physical challenges and weight fluctuations. In her early twenties, she made a powerful decision to take control of her wellness journey, discovering that when you begin to look good, you start to feel good — and when you feel good, you show up differently in life: kinder to yourself, more resilient, and more confident in the world around you. Through Brick Bodies Bootcamp, Courtney now brings that philosophy to other women, building a supportive community where strength, confidence, balance, and personal growth are celebrated every step of the way.
